Leadership
Roger Alderson
Roger started his career with EDS as a systems engineer, gaining grass roots experience of the technology industry. With substantial global experience he has spent his career working internationally as a consultant (with the McKenna Group), a strategist (with Perot Systems) and a marketing director (with EDS, HP and Logica). He has proven experience working with a range of organisations from start-ups to multi-nationals and has operated from both headquarters and the field.
Roger's focus is helping organisations develop strategies that are ‘interlocked’ with all parts of the business and take full advantage of all available options. |

History
IsoMeridian was born out of a brainstorming exercise.
In 2019, Roger Alderson was providing strategy consulting focused on the complexities of multi-supplier IT environments and investigating how active collaboration between suppliers was a rare but powerful enabler for success. The idea was to move beyond helping clients interact with suppliers to also helping suppliers interact with other suppliers for collective benefit.
This was when an "ah ha" moment came. Roger realised that supporting both inter- and intra-organisational collaboration was a potentially interesting market. Complex multi-supplier IT environments was an (obvious) area to explore, but almost any environment where people have to work together for mutual benefit - public, private, voluntary or charity - can benefit from better collaboration.
Then, in 2020, the coronavirus crisis hit. Market landscapes fundamentally shifted and entirely new business models were developed almost overnight. The importance of collaboration at both a personal and professional level, had never been higher.
It was into this turbulent landscape that IsoMeridian was launched.
